Mr Chan is a qualified LEED AP, BEAM Pro and building specialist consultant with over 30 years of experience in leading and project managing numerous sustainability assignments related to the built environment. These include : undertaking energy audits and leading Retro-commissioning (RCx) assignments and formulating energy saving opportunities for over 50 government premises; formulating sustainable building design options for over 60 developments to achieve the superior BEAM/LEED Platinum rating; and providing “green” building design and management advice for over 100 BEAM assessed properties.
