Prof. Lapman Lee

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Lapman is a trusted C-suite advisor and a leader in ESG, FinTech, and risk management.

He was the Asia ESG VP Lead at WTW, where he oversees the ESG strategy and governance for the region and serves as the global client service partner for two major insurance companies.

He is also a professor of practice at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he teaches and researches on ESG, FinTech, risk, and corporate finance topics.

Lapman’s mission is to help organizations and individuals navigate the complex and dynamic challenges and opportunities of sustainability, digitalization, and innovation.

He leverages his extensive expertise and network as former partner and senior advisor with leading consulting firms, such as Bain and Deloitte, as an external advisor on ClimateTech and corporate sustainability.

He was also an active board member and co-chair of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, where he promotes the development and adoption of green and emerging technologies in the financial sector.
