Shawn Li

Shawn is a Director at WTW based in Hong Kong working in the Work & Rewards business. He brings nearly two decades of consulting experiences in various rewards-related areas, especially in executive compensation, focusing on Asia. Before joining WTW, Shawn has been a Principal consultant at another global management consulting firm and worked as an in-house consultant across Asia for one of the world largest insurance companies.

Shawn is a Certified Compensation Professional and a regular speaker at Financial Times Non-Executive Director Programme. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Renmin University of China and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Oxford.
