Melo Fellow Class of 2021
Whitney joined Project Melo as a Class of 2021 Fellow. During the project, she and her team collaborated with the CEOs of Shui On and Hang Lung by organising a Sustainable Food Competition during XinTianDi Restaurant Week, with the aim of promoting awareness towards sustainable food through engaging internal F&B tenants and external customers.
Currently, Whitney is a final year undergraduate student studying Environmental Management and Technology.
My Sustainability Goals for 2022:
During this year, I hope to see the Hong Kong community push ahead on Hong Kong’s limited climate ambitions – to “walk the talk” on our Climate Action Plan 2050!
