Peter Picton-Phillipps is a senior partner of EY Greater China, responsible for managing EY’s business serving the financial services sector in Hong Kong. Peter joined EY in London in 1993 and moved to Hong Kong in 1999 to join a fledgling team of financial services specialists. He’s enjoyed being part of building a business that has 1300 professionals today.

Leading a professional services business, Peter has long been a proponent of the modern talent agenda, and particularly on the topics of diversity, equity and inclusion and wellbeing. He established EY’s Unity network for Asia Pacific, focused on LGBT+ inclusion, in 2015, and speaks on this topic both internally and externally at conferences or for clients. He was awarded Community Business’ LGBT+ Executive Sponsor award in 2019. His support for wellbeing has developed over his career as he learnt how best to support his own wellbeing and that of others. In 2020 he established EYHK’s mental wellbeing initiative to complement the existing wellbeing activities of the firm.

Peter is a director of the City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong, Treasurer of Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong, and a member of the Hong Kong Committee of the ICAEW. He has an MA(Hons) from the University of St Andrews, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jasmine is the Managing Partner of the EY member firms in Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing all aspects of business operations in these locations.

With over 25 years of experience, Jasmine has acquired deep expertise working with Hong Kong and mainland Chinese financial institutions on an array of assurance, strategy and consulting services, leading business growth and optimization initiatives for major financial services companies across Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Previously Jasmine led the firm’s Financial Services Practices in Hong Kong. She has led many significant business enhancement efforts for Hong Kong and Macau financial institutions with substantial exposure to China market and has advised senior management on topics pertaining to strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory development and operational transformation.

Jasmine is also one of the lead partners in the EY China Overseas Investment Network, actively connecting Chinese financial institutions with the global financial services network and advising on outbound investment and acquisition opportunities.

Jasmine is a keen advocate of innovation. She leads a strong and professional team with a great wealth of experience, supporting financial institutions to deliver digital and virtual banking services and promoting fintech and innovation in Hong Kong.

She is a champion of greater integration and cooperation within the Greater Bay Area (GBA). She spearheads the EY Greater Bay Area Center of Excellence to help clients succeed in capturing the vast opportunities in GBA. She is also a committee member of the GBA Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

Jasmine is passionate about and active in supporting the development of accounting professionals in Hong Kong. She is a Council Member of the HKICPA, a committee member of the Professional Development Committee and the Registration and Practising Committee of the Institute, and a member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, the Accounting Development Foundation, the Association of Women’s Accountant Member and The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors.

Jeff leads the People Advisory Services practice for Financial Services clients in the Greater China and ASEAN regions at EY. Based in Hong Kong, he focuses on helping clients deliver their organizations’ vision by putting people at the center. He brings an understanding of strategic and functional HR knowledge along with commercial and business acumen to help organizations successfully realize strategic potential and drive tangible results.

As a leader, he is also one of EY’s thought leaders in the areas of Executive Remuneration, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Strategy and Transformation.

Jeff currently co-chairs EY’s diversity & inclusivity network UNITY, and serves on EY’s global team in driving cultural activation for the organization.

Nelson is a regular speaker at forums and has published thought-leadership articles related to e-mobility, sustainability and the Greater Bay Area. He has recently been invited to speak at the SCMP Climate Change Hong Kong Summit 2022, share views on radio programs at Metro Broadcast, contribute an article to Bloomberg, and many more. Nelson is the President of the Institute for Supply Management Hong Kong branch (ISM-HK) and he also teaches global supply chain at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
