Our mission is to support sustainability leaders & changemakers, to help them scale up their impact for environmental and societal sustainability, with individual and group coaching.
We are a boutique coaching social enterprise aiming to make the world live in better harmony of people, planet & profit. We, the three founders – Mathilde, Nick and Peggy – deeply care about people and chose a business model that puts purpose before profit. We are proud to be part of the B-Corp Network (certification pending) of reputable companies who aim to use business as a force for good. Parts of our profit goes to our scholarship programme and coaching for financially less resourced leaders.
Our coaches are handpicked professionals, all certified on a professional level (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, with advanced education and an extensive corporate background. They undergo regular supervision and re-accreditation with a certifying body and are active members of various coaching organisations. With decades of experience working in complex organisations around the world, our coaches have helped hundreds of leaders from all around the world to accelerate their impact for good.
We have coached: entre/intrapreneurs working in area of sustainability, changemakers, founders of social enterprises and NGOs, C-suite, first time managers, leaders in transition, VPs, directors, school principals, project managers, etc.

Our sustainability goals for 2024:
- We aim to support more Sustainability leaders to augment their positive impact
- We provide many opportunities for sustainability people to connect, refresh and collaborate with our monthly Open Hour events, and our group coachings.
- We target to be certified “B-corp pending” this year, in order to support both environmental and societal sustainability.
- We are working to extend our partnerships with like-minded organisations, like Corporates, Universities, NGO and Social Entreprises and augment the way we support impact leaders.
