​​Florence Cheng is the Head of Impact Strategy at Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) and Co-Founder of COSMOS, its corporate impact consultancy arm. She is an experienced social leader dedicated to driving business and community partnerships, including the Community Resilience Fund (award-winning bridging loan facility for social enterprises) and Business with Purpose (an impact movement to advance businesses as a force for good).

Ms Kun currently is serving as Head of the Energizing Kowloon East Office (EKEO) under the Development Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government. Her major works are associated with the transformation of Kowloon East into a vibrant and attractive second core business district of Hong Kong, through enhancing and facilitating the development potential; improving connectivity /branding /design /diversity; and promoting place making in the area.

Prior to the appointment as Head of EKEO, Ms Kun served in the Planning Department for more than 30 years. Her experience covered strategic planning and major planning studies in relation to the Northern Metropolis and the Kau Yi Chau Artificial Islands. In particular, she had involved heavily in formulating the development plan for San Tin Technopole, as well as planning and engineering studies for new development areas including Kwu Tung North/Fanling North, Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen and Yuen Long South. Ms Kun had also spent some years in supporting the Secretariat of Town Planning Board and participated in formulating/reviewing some of the town planning guidelines and procedures in Hong Kong.

靳嘉燕女士現任香港特別行政區政府發展局起動九龍東專員。她的主要職務是透過提升和促進九龍東的發展潛力、加強行人及交通連繫、塑造九龍東品牌、推動創造精神、提倡多元化發展、以及促進環境營造,將九龍東轉變為香港有活力且具吸引力的第二個核心商業區。

在擔任起動九龍東專員之前,靳女士在規劃署擁有三十多年的工作經驗。她的經驗涵蓋策略規劃和重大規劃研究,包括北部都會區和交椅洲人工島相關的項目。她曾參與制定新田科技城的發展計劃,以及參與古洞北/粉嶺北、洪水橋/廈村和元朗南等新發展區域的規劃和工程研究。靳女士亦在城市規劃委員會秘書處服務多年,協助制定和檢討香港一些城市規劃的指引和程序。

With extensive experience in the retail and real estate sectors, Victor Ng is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Director of MegaBox Development Company Limited. He boasts a proven track record of success in effectively managing and improving tenant relations, overseeing operations and spearheading the strategic development of shopping mall.

Being a visionary leader, Victor is committed to propelling growth and crafting unique experiences that deeply resonate with customers. Notably, he successfully introduced renowned retail stores, including Nitori, Built-in Pro, OnTheList, and others in MegaBox. Additionally, he is credited with creating “ANICHI” Anime Street, Hong Kong’s pioneering one-stop anime cultural hub situated at MegaBox.

My Sustainability Goals for 2024:

Green Building Practices:
Incorporating sustainable building design features such as green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems, and energy-efficient building materials to reduce environmental impact and promote a healthier indoor environment.

Sustainable Transportation:
Encouraging the use of public transportation and offering more electric vehicle charging stations to reduce carbon emissions associated with transportation to and from the mall.

Community Engagement:
Engaging with the local community through sustainability initiatives and events to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote sustainable living practices.

MegaBox is actively promoting and implementing initiatives in these major directions.

Li Wan Sum Monica 李韻心

Caritas Community Centre – Ngau Tau Kok

Senior Social Work Supervisor

Registered Social Worker who worked in NGO for 30 years, mainly focus on community service in serving the underprivileged individuals and families. Establish a Community Hub cater for the needs of the families living in subdivided units at Kwun Tong recently. Obtained a Master Degree at University of Hong Kong, major in Mental Health. With 10 years experiences in a pilot mental health project who served peoples with early psychosis.

My Sustainability Goals for 2024:

To enhance the health and wellbeing of those families living in subdivided units through the participation in the community hub.
To connect those underprivileged with the community and try to build up mutual help network among themselves.
