Sylvia He

Sylvia He is Associate Professor in the Department of Geography and Resource Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is on the Editorial Board of Journal of the American Planning Association, Transportation Research Part D, Travel Behaviour and Society, and Asian Transport Studies. She is Board Member of the International Association for China Planning, the World Society for Transport and Land Use Research, and the Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies.
