Currently serving as Director of Sustainability for Asia Pacific at DSV in Hong Kong, she champions the region’s environmental strategy, driving significant carbon emission reductions and solidifying DSV’s leadership in sustainable logistics. Renowned for crafting innovative, client-focused solutions in luxury retail, fashion, and logistics, she excels in decarbonization, fostering eco-friendly practices, and promoting operational excellence. As well as aligning with core values, she passionately believes sustainability drives smart business strategies and delivers a powerful competitive edge.

Among her notable achievements, Nina has pioneered a globally adopted sustainability program, introducing sustainable marine fuel initiatives to lower greenhouse gas emissions. She has optimized supply chains for luxury retail clients, enhancing resilience and market speed while reducing environmental impact. Her efforts have shaped frameworks to substantially decrease regional emissions and refined delivery processes to uphold premium environmental standards. With a proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strategic partnerships, she stands as a dynamic advocate for a greener global future.

Nic Fong

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited

Sustainability Commercial Manager

Nic has been in the airline industry for more than 10 years working for multinational flagship airlines and now manages the sustainability commercial strategy at Cathay.

Nic has taken part in various conferences and events on aviation sustainability to share and gain insights from the commercial community and airline peers. Tackling climate change is a real challenge but Nic is dedicated to contribute for the industry and society to create a sustainable future.

Processing strong belief on making change for better life, Nic is looking forward to expressing his vision with wider public and commercializing sustainability to make the greatest impact.

My Sustainability Goals for 2025:

  1. Introduce Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to the audiences

Boyong Wang

Smart Freight Centre

China Director

Boyong Wang is the China Director of Smart Freight Centre. He is one of the founders, started SFC China operation in 2014. He has been devoting to global logistic decarbonization, initiated Zero Emission Freight Initiative and Smart Freight Shippers Alliance in China.

Boyong previously worked as Senior Project Manager for Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency (SDC) in China working on low carbon city development, and managed EU FP7 projects on carbon awareness within the transport sector.

Graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna and Washington DC, Boyong returned to China in 2003 and has since developed into an experienced project manager working for EU China cooperation projects and international development institutions. He managed EU China Village Governance Project, EU China Information Society Project and EU Asia Business Roaming Project from 2003 until 2013 for 10 years before he joined SFC in 2014.

Boyong has extensive experience in collaborating with government agencies and building up cooperation amongst cross sector stakeholders. Boyong is very enthusiastic about the freight sector and working on building an efficient zero-emission freight globally.

Golden Xing

Logistics Director

Golden Xing has over 20 years’ experience in Lenovo and IBM. He worked in material procurement, logistics operations, logistics procurement, Payment Audit and 4PL Management etc different functions in supply chain. Since 2018, he started champion global logistics sustainability program. He is now looking at Global Logistics Operations and Logistics Spend Management & Data Center in Lenovo.

He had master’s degree from Edinburgh Napier University UK and bachelor’s degree in international shipping from Dalian Maritime University, China.
