Atlas Fung

Atlas Fung is an Associate Director at Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group.

He is an all-round infrastructure advisory consultant with more than 15 years’ experiences in the fields of transport and urban planning, public transport, future mobility, water, environment, climate change, and decarbonisation. He is based in Hong Kong and Singapore, with experience spanning UK and Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. He brings clients industry-leading and sustainable solutions in their multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
