Jeff Tang

Jeff leads the People Advisory Services practice for Financial Services clients in the Greater China and ASEAN regions at EY. Based in Hong Kong, he focuses on helping clients deliver their organizations’ vision by putting people at the center. He brings an understanding of strategic and functional HR knowledge along with commercial and business acumen to help organizations successfully realize strategic potential and drive tangible results.

As a leader, he is also one of EY’s thought leaders in the areas of Executive Remuneration, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Strategy and Transformation.

Jeff currently co-chairs EY’s diversity & inclusivity network UNITY, and serves on EY’s global team in driving cultural activation for the organization.
