“Brighten Coffee” was established in November 2020 during the COVID-19
epidemic. We expected that through 《Happy Cha Dong Project》, we can help seniors, solitary elderly in particular to develop their careers and spread love through coffee! We provide internship training in physical stores, applying what they have learned and learn from each other, making it easier for re-employment and to build self-confidence, staying social connect with the local community to achieve inter-generation integration.

 

Our sustainability goals for 2024:

• Sustainability ESG Goals 2023-2024
• Employed 10-20 elderlies allowing them to re-enter the workforces, and reducing their strain on their families and society.
• Provided skills training for the elderly to become self-reliant, while increasing their self-esteem and confidence.
