Florence Cheng 鄭樂雯

Chief Purpose Officer

​​Florence Cheng is the Head of Impact Strategy at Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) and Co-Founder of COSMOS, its corporate impact consultancy arm. She is an experienced social leader dedicated to driving business and community partnerships, including the Community Resilience Fund (award-winning bridging loan facility for social enterprises) and Business with Purpose (an impact movement to advance businesses as a force for good).

 

Harmony Li 李端儀

Head of Impact Community 社區創效主管

Ms. Harmony Li is the Head of Impact Community at Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk), she is also the Chief Empowerment Officer of HATCH (合廠) and COMM,ON (安所), two impact ventures dedicated to unleashing talent potentials in becoming change agents at workplace and in community. She possesses 15+ years of experience working in for-purpose sector, devoted to driving bottom-up participations and cross-sectoral collaborations in addressing social issues.

李端儀女士為香港社會創投基金(SVhk)社區創效主管，她同時是 HATCH (合廠) 及 COMM,ON (安所) 創效平台的Chief Empowerment Officer，兩者致力培育潛在人才在職場及社區成為創變者。李女士擁有15+年慈善機構工作經驗，銳意推動民間參與及跨界別協作，為社會議題塑造多元方案。

Francis Ngai

Social Ventures Hong Kong

Founder and CEO

Francis Ngai is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Social Ventures Hong Kong. Since 2007, he has dedicated himself to social innovation for urban futures, and has been involved in various social innovation ventures including Hong Kong’s first venture philanthropy fund, Green Monday, Bottless, RunOurCity, Light Be (Empowerment Housing), Playtao Education, HATCH, COMM, ON co-caring space, Institute of Community Making etc.

Francis serves an advisory role to different organizations such as AVPN, Project Melo, Social Enterprise Summit, Advisory Committee on Built Heritage Conservation, and Social Welfare Advisory Committee. He received Honorary Fellowships from the City University of Hong Kong and the Education University of Hong Kong, and was elected a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2012 as well as one of Hong Kong’s Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2011. As an ultra-running veteran, Francis completed The North Pole Marathon and the 250-km Gobi March of the 4 Deserts race series.
