Guided by our 2030 sustainable development strategy, “Our Choice, Our Future!”, we are committed to driving positive environmental and social impact while supporting sustainable business growth across our operations in Greater China, Southeast Asia and the western USA.
Built around three pillars, Planet, Product and People, our strategy focuses on seven priority areas: Climate, Water, Packaging and Waste, Product Choice, Sourcing, Our People and Community. Together, these priorities enable us to address the most material sustainability issues across our value chain while supporting our ambition to create shared value for future generations.
As we progress towards our 2030 goals, we continue to advance action across these focus areas through clear targets, robust governance and strong stakeholder partnerships. Our priorities for 2026 include:
Climate Action: Accelerate decarbonisation across our operations through renewable energy adoption, energy efficiency improvements and low-carbon infrastructure investments.
Water Stewardship: Improve water-use efficiency, expand water reuse initiatives and strengthen watershed protection and water replenishment efforts in partnership with local communities and NGOs.
Circular Packaging: Advance packaging circularity by increasing recycled content, supporting collection and recycling systems, and reducing operational waste.
Product Choices: Expand consumer access to low- and no-sugar beverages while promoting informed choices through innovation and portfolio development.
Responsible Sourcing: Strengthen sustainable sourcing practices, increase supplier engagement and integrate sustainability considerations into procurement and supply chain management.
People and Safety: Build a culture where safety comes first, while investing in employee wellbeing, leadership development and engagement.
Thriving Communities: Create lasting social impact through community partnerships, employee volunteering and investments that support environmental stewardship and community resilience.
