WELL v2 Building Certification

The physical environmental, personal, and behavioural factors are valuable to consider as they can have a great impact to the people and several standards related to healthy building have been created in the industry. WELL is the standard established by a group of experts, including doctors, scientists, and health professions, to translate the expertise of buildings into practices to advance our health and well-being.
WELL v2 Testing and Performance Verification
Intertek is one of the world’s first companies to be approved as a WELL Performance Testing Organization through the International Well Building Institute (IWBI) and Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) to provide independent, third-party verification for building projects pursuing WELL certification.
Intertek Hong Kong’s team provides WELL Performance Testing services, supported by a multidisciplinary team of WELL Accredited Professionals (WELL APs) and WELL Performance Testing Agents (WELL PTAs) who quickly and accurately assess projects, work with GBCI reviewers, and help the projects to achieve WELL v2 Certification. The scope includes but not limited to air, water, lighting quality, thermal comfort, acoustics, and photo verification.
