The spatial narrative juxtaposes raw industrial aesthetics with vibrant urban ecology. By strategically utilizing renewable timber, recyclable metals, and rough concrete, the design minimizes embodied carbon while establishing a compelling visual identity. Furthermore, the integration of vertical gardens and native flora blurs the indoor-outdoor threshold, creating an “urban oasis” that actively regulates the microclimate and enhances eco-office efficiency.
