Within 3 years of product launched, we have successfully deployed Negawatt BOS in most prestigious commercial buildings, shopping malls and logistics centres with direct clients such as Sino, Sung Hung Kai, Swire, MTR, Chinachem, Hysan, Nan Fung, Cheung Kong, Henderson Land, Towngas, HAECO, etc with over 100 buildings covering over 30,000,000 sq ft of floor area with CAGR of 163% Analyzing 85.5 billion data points each year, Negawatt BOS saves 10-15% of centralized air-conditioning costs which enables buildings to reduce engineering time and energy costs. Accumulated energy savings from Negawatt BOS in the past 3 years amount to 10,000,000 kWh, which is equivalent of planting 8,643 acres of U.S. forest from the carbon emission saved.
Since COVID, we have further developed our Negawatt BOS with cost effective IoT solution to scientifically manage COVID airborne propagation risk for indoor environment. This allows building operator to create a safer working environment for building re entry for New Normal. In terms of recognition, for 2019 Hong Kong Electrical & Mechanical Service Department smart building competition, 7 out of 15 awarded buildings uses Negawatt for building energy optimization.
