Mr. Benny Siu, who is now CEO & Founder in Amazing Ace Consultant Company Limited, has serviced in the Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) for 15 years. Benny is a Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner of IOSH (UK Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), Registered Safety Auditor and Registered Safety Officer.
Benny is also a Full Member of IEMA (UK Institution of Environmental Management Association), GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, IRCA Associate Auditor (Environmental, Energy, OSH and Quality Management) and Master degree holder of Environmental Management.
In the last decades, Benny has worked in the global market with exposure in Sustainability, Safety and Quality Assurance career for the aviation, ground service handling and locally for the Business Environment Council (BEC), Occupational Safety & Health Council (OHSC), construction developers and several contractors in Hong Kong. He is delighted to share his corresponding views and develop networking with the fellow industry partners.
With over a decade in his leadership at Hong Kong’s largest cargo handling firm, Benny has spearheaded operational excellence, stringent quality assurance, and industry-leading safety standards. Now transitioning into an independent advisory role as a Chartered Environmentalist, he specializes in decarbonization and energy optimization—helping organizations navigate the transition to sustainable operations with measurable efficiency gains, regulatory compliance, and net-zero strategies.

Stephen brings over 10 years of commercial and operation experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Business Development for Fleet Solutions at Shell Hong Kong Limited, he plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering low carbon energy solutions, such as the recent renewable diesel (HVO) pilot projects with Morden Terminals, AAHK and HACTL. Stephen holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is an adviser of the Mobility and Logistics Advisory Group for Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. He is committed to helping clients and partners decarbonize through the use of cleaner energy and innovative technologies.

Lam Wing Chiu is Head of Terminal Development at Modern Terminals Limited. He has more than 30 years of experience in operational improvement, port development, and decarbonisation and environmental projects.
Modern Terminals opened Hong Kong’s first purpose-built container terminal in September 1972 and since then has been operating container port facilities in both Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. The Company has established two decarbonisation goals – to eliminate all direct GHG emissions in operations by 2030 and to become carbon neutral by 2050. In October 2023, it became the first company in Hong Kong to trial renewable diesel, Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), in its operations.
Since 2021, Mr Lam has served as a member of the Marine Department’s Pilotage Advisory Committee, appointed by the Government of the Hong Kong SAR. He has also been a part-time lecturer in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2015.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and an Executive MBA from City University of Hong Kong.
He has been appointed a Steering Committee Member of the Business Environment Council’s (BEC) Energy Transition Advisory Group for 2025–2027. He was previously a member of BEC’s Sustainable Living Environment Advisory Group for 2023–2025.

Mr. Lee is the Chief Sustainability Officer of the Airport Authority. He supports, guides and advises the Authority on the formulation and implementation of long-term sustainability strategies that encompass environment, social, governance, and climate resilience at corporate level. He also leads and manages all environmental matters related to the planning and implementation of the Expansion of the Hong Kong International Airport into a Three-Runway System, which is to maintain Hong Kong as an international aviation hub at the heart of Asia Pacific region. Before joining the Airport Authority in 2012, Mr. Lee has over 20 years’ experience in environmental and engineering consultancy, leading and managing the EIA studies for a number of major infrastructure and urban development projects. Mr. Lee is a founding fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals and the Secretary General of the Marine Ecology Enhancement Fund and the Fisheries Enhancement Fund.

Eddie has more than 28 years experience in construction and environmental field and specializes in sediment and land contamination assessment and remediation, carbon/energy management, renewable energy projects and waste/asbestos management. He has been involved in a number of infrastructure and building projects such as road and drainage, site formation and land decontamination, railway, power plant emission control facility, tunnel and rock cavern and Central Government Complex.
Eddie is the vice chairman of Environment Committee, Hong Kong Construction Association and member of Climate Change Business Forum of the Business Environment Council. He was appointed as a construction advisor in development of Construction Industry Council Carbon Assessment Tool and Sustainable Finance Certification scheme. Eddie is a co-opted member of the Sustainable Development Committee, Climate Change Framework for Built Environment Embodied Carbon Expert Group member and Green Product Market Taskforce member of the Hong Kong Green Building Council. He was also appointed by BEAM Society to be member of Materials Aspects and Construction Environmental Management Expert Panels. He is a member of Environmental Protection Department Asbestos Administration Committee and CARES Assured Steel Certification Sustainability Technical Committee.
Eddie graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada, and has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Eddie is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals, Certified Carbon Auditor under the CIC Green Product Certification Scheme, Certified Energy Manager/Carbon Audit Professional of US Association of Energy Engineer and a Qualified Project Assessor of UK BREEAM Infrastructure. He is a Certified ESG Analyst CESGA® of The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies.
