Felix Lam

Felix is the Head of Communications of Institute for Supply Management (Hong Kong) and
Chairman of Communication Committee of The Institute of Purchasing and Supply of Hong Kong, where he is responsible for promoting professionalism in procurement and supply management.

He served as the Head of Sustainability at the Green Council for seven years, during which he advocated for corporate and supply chain sustainability through various initiatives, including training courses, seminars, membership programs, corporate sustainability awards, and consultancy services. Prior to that, he had a distinguished career at Towngas for twenty-seven years, culminating in his role as the Head of Corporate Supplies Department, where he led the procurement and supply chain operations. Felix has also been a guest lecturer at PolyU, HKHSU, HKU SPACE, and HKMA, where he has taught supply chain sustainability.

Ken Ip

The author of Life Hacks and Growth Hacks, Dr. Ken Ip is an award-winning brand strategist, assistant professor, and expert commentator in Web3, AI, branding, and the digital economy. He has held senior positions across leading multinational corporations and conglomerates, with a portfolio spanning corporate consulting, strategic communications, and public affairs.

Dr. Ip currently serves as Chairman of the Asia MarTech Society and Associate Director of the Innovative Incubation Centre at Saint Francis University. He sits on advisory boards of several professional bodies and universities, and is a strategic advisor to a Web3-focused venture capital firm managing a USD 75 million portfolio. A frequent media contributor, his commentary and columns have appeared in SCMP, HKEJ, Sing Tao Daily, and China Daily.

Henry Ko

Mr. Henry Ko is the Honorary Chairman and a founding member of Flexport Asia, where he also served as Managing Director since its inception.

Mr. Ko has held several senior leadership roles at major multinational companies, including DHL, Li & Fung, and SF Express. In addition to his corporate experience, he is dedicated to community service, providing advisory support to organizations such as the HKTDC, educational institutions, and government agencies. He has been appointed by the Education Bureau of the HKSAR to the Logistics Industry Training Advisory Committee, where he serves as the Convener of its Promotion and Consultation Sub-Committee. Furthermore, he has been designated by the Transport and Logistics Bureau of the HKSAR as a member of the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council and serves as Vice-Chairman of its Industry Development Sub-Committee. Additionally, he is appointed as the member of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (HKECIC) Advisory Board. Mr. Ko is also the President of the Hong Kong e-Commerce Logistics Association.

Mr. Ko holds a BBA (Hons.) in Quantitative Analysis for Business, an EMBA, and a Juris Doctor from the City University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Logistics (FCILT). Additionally, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at Global EMBA Program and is a member of the College of Business Internationalization Advisory Board at the City University of Hong Kong. In 2022, he was honored as one of Forbes China’s Global Top 100 Outstanding Chinese.
