Wheel Power Charity Limited
Co-Founder
Sarah is a physiotherapist and the co-founder of Wheel Power, an NGO established in 2014. Inspired by a 2012 volunteer trip to Switzerland where she saw inclusive communities in action, she partnered with her friend Gloria, a lifelong wheelchair user and others to transform accessibility in Hong Kong. What started as a mission to map barrier-free urban resources evolved into a passion for inclusive adventure. Together, they have pioneered ways for wheelchair users to explore Hong Kong’s hiking trails and beaches, proving that with the right information and spirit, the great outdoors should be accessible to everyone.
