By submitting this form I am providing consent for ReThink HK to publish my speaker profile information (including my speaker photo and company logo) on the ReThink HK 2024 event website, event app, at-event screens and other promotional platforms and materials. I understand that my email address may be shared with third parties supporting with the design and programming of the session(s) which I will be contributing to, and those that I attend during the event, but that my phone number will remain confidential and used only by ReThink HK for event preparations. By submitting this form I am providing consent for photographs and videos to be taken of myself and of any content (such as PowerPoint slides) I presented with during my session, and to be used by ReThink HK and shared with fellow speakers and ReThink HK’s supporting partners and sponsors for further publication in whole or part on a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive and free of charge basis. Only sessions at the Net Zero & Nature Positive Theatre (Keynote) at ReThink HK 2024 will be recorded on video. I understand that only the Net Zero & Nature Positive Theatre (Keynote) will be livestreamed, to both on-site and virtual delegates. All other theatres will not be livestreamed and will host only on-site, in-person, speakers and delegates. I understand that members of the media will be present at ReThink HK 2024. I understand that ReThink HK is unable to guarantee whether members of the media will attend any particular sessions, and that ReThink HK is unable to provide speakers with a pre-publication review of content on their sessions to be published by external media (including ReThink HK’s Media Partners).
