With over 15 years experience in waste management and recycling sector, worked across academic research, consultancy, public engagement, plastic recycling action projects. Previously launched the non-profit community base “Missing Link” project series, aimed to identify gaps in plastic and polyfoam recycling process, developed strategies to tackle social and environmental issues, creating unprecedented case studies in Hong Kong.

Newly joined CHO EI group since June 2026, allows me to optimize plastic recycling treatment from a professional and technical perspective, makes “back to front recycling strategy” come true.
Our group possesses real models such as compounding, injection molding, metal stamping, to transit particular waste materials into upvalue products as both “Open loops” and “Closed loops”, truly turning “Linear model” to “Circular economy”.

My Sustainability Goals for 2026:

1. Bridge the gap and unlock “Missing Link” to “Recycle Link”, by expanding recycling channels and integrating end markets for plastics and polyfoam, the initiative seeks to minimize waste, prolong landfill lifespans, and encourage stakeholders to engage in CSR and ESG efforts.
2. Support and accompany our clients and partners, providing one-stop service, from the planning and development of plastic products to production and reuse to tackle environmental issues together, empowering co-create recycling solutions and social contribution.
