Ar. Clarence LEUNG has over 30 years of professional experience in real estate development in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has practiced in architectural consultants and held key project management positions with major developers in Hong Kong. He has managed and delivered a number of large scale residential commercial and mixed-use development projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Ar. Leung graduated from the University of Hong Kong with bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Architecture. He is an Authorized Person, a Registered Architect in Hong Kong and a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA). Ar. Leung has been appointed by the Development Bureau as a Council Member of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) since 2022 and serves as a director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council. He is Chairperson of the Committee on Environment and Sustainability and Chairperson of the Management Committee on Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme under CIC. Ar. Leung is also a member of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings Ordinance). Meanwhile, He has been actively serving the HKIA on professional accreditation.
