Dick Li

Mr. Dick Li currently serves as a Senior Consultant for the Low-altitude Economy at Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), specialising in drone project development and the creation of innovative applications through collaboration with government departments and corporates. He is a Civil Aviation Department (CAD) certified Advanced Rating Remote Pilot (Category A, B & C). In addition, he has participated as technical partner representative in the Transport and Logistics Bureau (TLB) and CAD Regulatory Sandbox initiatives, contributing to the advancement of drone technology and regulatory development in Hong Kong.
