Fabia Tam

Ms Fabia Tam is the Deputy Secretary for Environment and Ecology (Environment) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She is responsible for the formulation, evaluation and implementation of government policies, legislative proposals and programmes in areas of green transport promotion, air quality improvement, air pollution and noise control, environmental impact assessment and nature conservation.

My Sustainability Goals for 2026:

To work hand-in-hand with industry partners and the public to jointly promote the wide adoption of electric vehicles, striving towards the vision of zero vehicular emissions and carbon neutrality before 2050, realising sustainable development, and creating a better and more livable environment for all.
