Ir Roger Law is the Engineering Director at Citybus Limited, the major franchised public bus operator in Hong Kong, where he leverages over 25 years of infrastructure and equipment expertise to drive new energy transition and asset modernization of its fleet and supporting infrastructure.

With a distinguished career spanning metro networks and container ports, he now applies this multi-modal expertise to lead critical engineering advancements within the bus sector. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multi-hundred-million-dollar infrastructure developments, focusing on fleet electrification and automation, alternative energy systems, nurturing in-house maintenance capabilities and formulating asset management strategies.

Currently, he oversees the strategic engineering direction for major assets, championing the commercial viability and operational safety of the green energy transition. As an experienced engineer and a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and Engineers Australia, Ir Law is dedicated to transforming the public bus transport sector into low-carbon, future ready infrastructure systems.
