Isabel Kwan

Isabel is a seasoned grant-making and project management professional with extensive experience overseeing diverse charitable portfolios, particularly in community development, education, and sector-capacity building. She brings a strategic and collaborative approach to driving social impact across multiple domains.

Prior to joining SVhk as Manager of Impact Strategy in January 2026, Isabel played a pivotal role in fostering cross-sector partnerships among government bodies, community organizations, and educational institutions. She was instrumental in the design and execution of several citywide initiatives, including JC Volunteer Together, JC CoolScience, and the JC Broadening Outreach Scheme. Her contributions span the full project lifecycle—from developing conceptual frameworks and engaging stakeholders to leading implementation, outreach, impact evaluation, and sustainability planning. Isabel’s work reflects a deep commitment to building inclusive, resilient communities through innovative and evidence-based strategies.
