Lily Lee

Lily Lee is the Head of MINDSET, the Jardine Matheson Group’s registered charity for mental health. She leads initiatives that raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote inclusive wellbeing across Hong Kong through both corporate and community engagement. With extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, team development, and purpose-led strategy, Lily brings a human-centred approach to cross-sector collaboration. She holds degrees in Corporate Environmental Governance and Design Strategy, reflecting her belief in the power of creativity, empathy, and systems thinking to drive sustainable impact.
