By submitting this form I am providing consent for HKCR to publish my speaker profile information (including my speaker photo and company logo) at the Sport & Sustainability Summit 2024, at-event screens and other promotional platforms and materials. I understand that my email address may be shared with third parties supporting with the design and programming of the session(s) which I will be contributing to, and those that I attend during the event, but that my phone number will remain confidential and used only by HKCR for event preparations. By submitting this form I am providing consent for photographs and videos to be taken of myself and of any content (such as PowerPoint slides) I presented with during my session, and to be used by HKCR and shared with fellow speakers and HKCR’s supporting partners and sponsors for further publication in whole or part on a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive and free of charge basis. I understand that members of the media will be present at the Sport & Sustainability Summit 2024. I understand that HKCR is unable to guarantee whether members of the media will attend any particular sessions, and that HKCR is unable to provide speakers with a pre-publication review of content on their sessions to be published by external media (including HKCR’s Media Partners).
