Keynote Address from Acting Deputy Secretary for Transport and Logistics

Mr Chim is a seasoned public administration specialist in the Hong Kong SAR Government with 20 years of experience in diverse areas of public policy. He oversees policy matters related to Hong Kong’s maritime and port development and the formulation of long-term development strategies in reinforcing and enhancing Hong Kong’s role as an international maritime centre. Prior to joining Transport and Logistics Bureau in October 2025, Mr Chim served in various government bureaux and departments, including Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Brussels, Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, the then Transport and Housing Bureau, etc.
