Dr. Li has more than 30 years of experience and is recognised for her ability to connect people, foster strategic partnerships, and guide organisations through complex and evolving challenges. In her current role, she leads WSP’s business across Hong Kong and Mainland China to drive strategic growth, with a particular focus to deliver integrated service offerings to clients in major projects and programmes in the region.
She previously served as Executive Director of Strategic Growth, Hong Kong & Mainland China, where she supported closer engagement with key clients and advanced strategic pursuits.
Dr. Li holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and a
Master’s in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge.

Ir. Derek Chan is the Lead Manager at Hongkong Land, responsible for Operational Sustainability, Energy Management, Technical Support, and Special Project Management across the Company’s Hong Kong Central portfolio. He also oversees the operation of the portfolio’s Central Monitoring Centre, which optimises building performance. As a Chartered Engineer, Ir. Chan specialises in green building design, tenant engagement, and implementing AI, IoT, and sustainability-focused projects in existing buildings.

Prof. Martin Zhu is Co-Founder and CEO of i2Cool, whose electricity-free radiative cooling technology offers a retrofit pathway for existing buildings to cut energy demand without major structural upgrades.
He earned his PhD in Energy and Environment from the City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) under the supervision of Ir Prof. Edwin Chi-Yan Tso, and now serves as Adjunct Professor in the University’s College of Business. He also sits on the HKSAR Government’s Green Technology and Finance Development Committee, and was named to Forbes China’s 30 Under 30 and the Hurun U30 China Entrepreneurship Pioneers list.
Co-founding i2Cool with Prof. Tso, Prof. Zhu has taken passive radiative cooling from lab research to commercial deployment across 30+ countries and regions, completing 500+ projects and saving over 15 million kWh of electricity to date.
