Yee Lin Ng (she/her) is a Consultant, Consulting and Training at Community Business. She has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across various industries. She specialises in culture transformation across individuals, teams and organisations with an inclusivity lens. She has extensive experience in providing training topics such as allyship and cross-border communication as well as creating and delivering leadership development programmes.

As an author on executive coaching topics, Yee Lin incorporates Solution-focused approaches into her DE&I workshops to create reflective and interactive sessions that foster impactful best practices within organisations.

She also volunteers as a Youth Coach, mentoring young individuals and helping them develop essential life skills. Through her dedication, she inspires confidence and fosters personal growth, making a positive impact on their lives.
