Jennifer Choot is the Senior Manager, People Strategy, Talent Management, Inclusion, Equity & Diversity of Hongkong Land Limited. In her role, she collaborates with business leaders to build and develop strong and diverse talent pipelines, and design strategies to drive organizational effectiveness within a high-performing culture. In her IE&D role, she curates policies, events and has launched learning programs to foster a culture where everyone is valued, supported, and feels a sense of belonging.
Prior to her current role, Ms Choot was previously at Jardine Matheson where she reviewed and formulated talent and performance management practices. Before that, she was with Aon Hewitt, consulting clients on assessment and engagement projects, and was the lead of the Best Employers Programme.
