Sandeep Sethi

Sandeep Sethi is the President of Work Dynamics, Asia Pacific, for JLL. This includes all products for corporate occupiers – Workplace Management Services, Project Management, Transactions Advisory, Lease Management, & Workplace Consulting. In his current role, he is responsible for providing strategic direction to the business with a focus on strengthening client relationships, new business and ensuring excellence in service delivery. He keenly advocates skill development, D&I, technology applications in real estate, and sustainability.

Sandeep has been a part of many councils and committees within JLL for many important topics such as sustainability, CSR committee and DEI. Besides these, he has served on the governing boards of a few private and public skiII development councils. He also chairs an industry coalition that is working towards decarbonizing the construction industry in India.

Currently based in Hong Kong, Sandeep has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector and has held diverse roles ranging from general management to strategic leadership. Before joining JLL in 2013, Sandeep led multiple service businesses in the smart building, food refrigeration, and telecom industries for organizations such as UTC and Johnson Controls in India, China, Singapore, USA, and Africa.

1. to raise awareness on how real estate can make a social impact
2. to make sustainability a core component of how real estate is designed, built and managed
