With more than 25 years of experience in engineering and construction in the infrastructure and transport markets, Mr. Dickson Law is the Managing Director for Transportation and Water Businesses for Asia in Atkins.

Mr Law is responsible for all the civil engineering offerings in Hong Kong & Macau, including Highways and Transport Infrastructure, Tunneling and Ground Engineering, Aviation and Government Works, and Water and Environment.

Mr. Law was involved in various major multi disciplinary infrastructure projects and has played a key role in successfully delivering some of the most recognizable and complex projects in Hong Kong, including the Central Reclamation Phase III, Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge, Airport Third Runway projects.

Mr. Law is a registered Chartered Civil Engineer and holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and Master Degree in Civil Engineering Management . He holds the membership of MHKIE, MIStructE , MICE, RPE, RSE 1 PRC, Accredited NEC3/ NEC4 ECC Project Manager and he is currently a Council Member of the Hong Kong Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEHK).
