The Hong Kong Plastics Manufacturers Association Limited was established in 1957 as a non-profit service organization. Its members are all manufacturers operating in the plastics industry. It has become one of the three major industrial pillars in Hong Kong.

The purpose of this chamber of commerce is to strengthen communication, exchange and cooperation among peers.
