Natalie has extensive experience in sustainability advisory, enterprise risk management, and internal controls assessment. She holds several professional qualifications, including the Certified ESG Analyst designation from The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies and the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Natalie gained her professional experience from the risk advisory function in one of the big 4 firms and a listed advisory firm. She has led sustainability-related advisory projects, including but not limited to:
• Participating in the technical feasibility study meetings for HKFRS S1 and S2, hosted by HKCPA and attended by various market participants, including MPFA and HKEX.
• Providing advisory services for enhancing ESG disclosures and ratings (including MSCI ESG Rating, Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Rating, S&P Global Ratings ESG Evaluation, and Bloomberg ESG Disclosure Score) for multinational companies, a PRC-based property developer, and a PRC-based pharmaceutical manufacturer.
• Offering sustainability advisory services to SGX-listed companies across various sectors, including utilities, logistics, hotel operations, financial technology, and beauty industries, focusing on GRI Standards and TCFD disclosures.
• Developing sustainability strategies for a private shipping company and social enterprise in material regeneration.
• Delivering IPO ESG advisory services for new listing companies in Hong Kong.
• Hosting ESG and governance-related seminars and workshops for over 80 listed companies.

Ringo Lam

Principal, Sustainability Business

Ringo is the Principal of Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Business. He is responsible for managing Hong Kong Sustainability Business organization and driving client engagement activities in various sustainability services aspects for strategy consulting, managed services, cleantech and energy efficiency. Ringo has another role to lead the managed services in East Asia Japan region which provide enterprise-level cloud platform for collecting and analyzing sustainability and ESG data to support for organizational carbon emission reporting. He specialized in leveraging digitalized and technological solutions to help enterprises for climate mitigation actions and reduce carbon emissions.

In his prior role in Schneider Electric Hong Kong eco-building team, he had demonstrated his expertise included energy and carbon audits, developing energy implementation projects, and managing energy conservation measures and develop business cases with Schneider’s Smart Meters and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Prior to joining Schneider Electric’s Sustainability team, Ringo worked in SGS where he performed and reviewed over 100 carbon/ energy audits for Hong Kong, Macau and China enterprises.

Group Sustainability Director

Lit Ping Low is the Group Sustainability Director of DFI Retail Group, working across the organisation to develop and integrate sustainable practices into our day-to-day operations, and fostering a culture of environmental and social responsibility. She is responsible for the Group Sustainability strategy and to drive progress towards our sustainability focus areas on People, Products and Planet.

With over 20 years of experience working with both governments and businesses on sustainability issues, Lit Ping brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as climate change and decarbonisation strategy and risk management, implementation of decarbonisation programme, and sustainability data management and disclosure. She was previously at PwC as Asia Pacific Climate Lead Partner, providing advisory services to companies on sustainability strategies and targets.

Senior Director, Investor Relations & ESG

Ms. Wong Shui Ki, Suki is the Senior Director of Anta Sports Products Limited (2020.HK) and is in charge of the investor relations and ESG function of the Company. Ms. Wong has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Ms. Wong has been working in ANTA Sports since it got listed in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, she had worked in investor relations agency for several years and specialized in serving H-shares listed companies. Ms. Wong holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
