Ir. Wai Man Kwok

Raymond Kwok is a trained mechanical engineer and the General Manager of Environmental Science at Chinachem Group, where he spearheads building services, sustainability, and innovation initiatives. In his current leadership role, he serves as the vice-chairman of the Corporate “Planet Sub-committee” and is a key member of the ESG steering committee, actively driving environmental policy-making from the planning stage through to operation. Drawing on his extensive background in advanced engineering and green building practices, his work champions lifecycle sustainability and directly supports the transition toward circular cities and highly resource-efficient built environments.
