Greater Bay Area Carbon Neutrality Association

The Greater Bay Area Carbon Neutrality Association (GBACNA) is a non-profit association comprised of research institutions, education institutions, industry professionals, funds, financial corporations, media, groups, enterprises and individuals. GBACNA aims to provide members with design, consultancy, assessment, certification, rating, valuation, advisory, training services on sustainability, decarbonization and carbon neutrality, promote the information exchange of latest technology within the industry and academia, and facilitate the international collaboration on projects, green finance and capital marketing operation, etc.

1. GBA Carbon Neutrality Deal Flow, connecting Green Finance to Green Technology

We are working with strategic partners in Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Guangzhou and Shenzhen for a 200+ green technologies data base, including Clean Energy/Vehicles, Energy Storage, Green Building, Carbon Assets Management. The bilingual deal flow website will be launched in the first quarter of 2024 to match up with hundreds impact investors.

2. Women and Family

Sponsored the CARBON NEUTRALITY CAMPAIGN to raise public awareness and encourage persistent behavioral changes towards carbon neutrality. Working with The Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association (HKWPEA), empowering women and family education on carbon neutrality.

Serving as the key knowledge partner for JointU eBIA 2023-2024, Founding President Mr. Dennis Wu and Vice-President Ms. Grace Kwok are honored to be invited to be judges for competition, themed “Unlocking Green Retrofitting – The Role of Green Finance,” aims to promote environmental protection in society and cultivate students’ awareness of sustainable development, guiding them to engage in environmental careers and contribute to Hong Kong’s green future.
