Malaysia PropTech Association is a NGO with more than 120 members representing the Proptech business ecosystem and connecting its members with all stakeholders in the market. MPA is committed to building a strong community on its 5 pillars with integrity, inclusivity, and equality of all members. The 5 pillars are: Advocate, Business Opportunities, Community, Development & Education.

Our sustainability goals for 2024:

Applying technology to easy the compliance and achievement of:
SDG-11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities (supporting members contributing to flood control, inclusiveness within all communities, responsible urban planning, avoidance of wastages in the construction industry)
SDG-5 – Gender equality by stimulating and promoting entrepreneurship within woman and fighting for an equal balance in all all members’ companies for man and woman.
SDG-7 – Promoting the use of renewable energy in the built environment and introducing technology to help preventing overuse of energy.
SDG-9 – Promoting the introduction of innovative technologies in the built environment to provide positive social impact, good governance and spread innovation.
SDG-12 – Promoting responsible use of resources through the introduction of innovative technology to reduce energy, water and construction material wastages,
