The Conservancy Association

The Conservancy Association, founded in 1968, is a non-government environmental organization with a long history in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for current and future generations and attaining environmental sustainability in Hong Kong. We safeguard the environmental and cultural resources by advocating, monitoring and promoting sustainability within the community.

Our organisation’s sustainability goals for 2024:

– Good health and well-being: To promote a high-quality and livable environment for the current and future generations by promoting urban forest conservation, green energy application, and sustainable living styles.
– Sustainable Cities and Communities: To combat climate change, enhancing sustainable development and climate resilience by applying Nature-based solutions, forest rehabilitation and biodiversity conservation.
– Responsible consumption and production: To promote sustainable consumption and circular economy by proactive collaboration with community on recycling and upcycling for better resource utilisation.
