She is a seasoned leader with over 18 years of experience in data & content strategy, enterprise sales, and talent management. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Carol spent over 10+ years in the fintech industry managing global teams and leading the data business. Carol is passionate about building winning teams, new product innovation, and leveraging transformative technology to create business impact.

My Sustainability Goals for 2025:

1. Integrate GenAI & Upskilling frameworks to help with sustainability mindshare & practices. Examples can be improved resource planning, monitoring, ESG forecasting
2. Create peer learning alliances across Asia to share best practices and share data/benchmarks
