Dr. Ruffina Thilakaratne

Dr. Thilakaratne is an academic and a Fellow of the RIBA specialized in environmental sustainability with over 20-years international experience. She is a LEED-AP, WELL-AP, Certified Carbon Auditor, and a BEAM Professional. Ruffina is experienced in large scale mixed-use development projects, healthcare and education, science & technology projects.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

In order for Hong Kong to achieve Net-Zero targets by 2030 and 2050, I wish to see commitments on renewable energy production, mandating OTTV and mandating Whole Building Lifecycle Assessment for all new projects.
