Iris Lam is the Director of Sustainability, Global Development for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG). Iris supports the Group’s sustainability governance structure and actively leads and collaborates with a team of likeminded and passionate colleagues and stakeholders across the globe towards achieving sustainability aspirations and initiatives. She bridges her passion for smart design with an eagerness to explore innovative business solutions that are responsible, sustainable, and truly address climate change concerns.

I would personally like to see concerns from the greater business community be heard and well supported by forthcoming government dialogue, which lead to impactful policies and infrastructure investment.
