Wallace Lam currently works for Baguio Waste Limited as the General Manager overseeing the Recycling Business Unit.

Over 30 years senior managerial experience with multinational conglomerates including AEG Daimler Benz, General Electric, Ingersoll Rand, CECO Environmental, Omicron Energy. Serving various customer segments with engineered solutions application, test & diagnostic solutions to provide conditional monitoring, asset health utilization & optimization and protecting our shared environment with Air pollution control & abatement.

Electrical Engineering profession with Chartered Engineer. Corporate Member of MIET. Wallace is also an OPEX Expertise with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

Align the cascaded Baguio Corporate Goal to deliver the commitment to Corporate social responsibility of creating a greener and sustainable environment. As an individual contributor, extend the value stream from recycling to upcycling by exploring initiatives to develop application.
