Lianne Ng

Lianne Ng is Director of Sustainability at Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group (CTFJ), where she leads the Group’s sustainability strategy and drives progress toward its long-term sustainability goals. With extensive experience spanning sustainability, corporate communications, public affairs, government relations and stakeholder engagement, she has held senior leadership roles in both consulting and corporates, including serving as Director of External Affairs and Sustainability at a leading beverage company. Lianne is passionate about integrating sustainability into business strategy and creating long-term value for businesses, communities, and the environment.

My Sustainability Goals for 2026:

I hope to see Hong Kong make further progress in three areas:

1. More companies taking credible and meaningful actions on climate change through science-based targets and decarbonisation efforts, helping HK in accelerating its transition to a low-carbon economy

2. Sustainability becoming a core part of business strategy and decision-making and value creation

3. Stronger public education and engagement in sustainable living, particularly through waste reduction, responsible consumption and circular economy practices, helping to build a culture where sustainability is widely understood, embraced, and practiced.
